Does your instructional leadership team need guidance in keeping a finger on the pulse of your campus? Join the CSCOPE team in taking the value and effectiveness of your instructional support to the next level!

These CSCOPE sessions are designed to provide follow ups that instructional coaches/facilitators/coordinators can turnaround for teachers during PLC time. Each half-day session will build on the next and will include how to facilitate dialogue and the process of:

• TEKS Studies and aligning that information to CSCOPE's Vertical Alignment Document
• The use of the YAGO-matic tool in order to reconcile district calendars with
  CSCOPE's Year at a Glance
• Utilizing the Instructional Reconciliation Document to better align district resources
  to the state standards
• How to effectively utilize the CSCOPE Unit Assessments/Tests as a pre-planning tool
• How to analyze Unit Assessments in diagnosing the SEs students need most intervention in
• How to manage conflict with teachers during this time of change
• Additional topics include the CSCOPE Parent Portal, analyzing student work samples, revisions to the standards and using the CSCOPE data and monitoring tools

It is strongly recommended that the same representative attend all six update sessions. A new morning and afternoon session will be available every six weeks. Sessions are divided by General Elementary, Secondary Math, Secondary Social Studies, Secondary Science and Secondary English Language Arts & Reading.
