Migrant/Homeless Education
The Migrant Education Program works collaboratively with school districts, as well as regional, state and interstate agencies in an effort to provide high-quality academic and social opportunities for migrant students.

Special Education
The Education Service Center - Region 19 Special Education Department provides leadership, training, and technical assistance in the area of special education for students with disabilities to districts, charter schools, parents and community stakeholders with a focus on increasing student achievement and the implementation of Individuals with Disabilities Education Improvement Act of 2004. The ESC-R19 Special Education Department serves as the first point of contact for school districts, charter schools, parents, and other community stakeholders.
Teacher Quality and Student Success
The Teacher Quality and Student Success Department provides districts and charter schools professional development, technical assistance and support systems to ensure all students reach high-quality academic standards of achievement. Professional development related to core content areas, practices for diverse learners, English Language Learners and Advanced Academics is provided by the staff in this department.

Technology and Instructional Media Services (TIMS)
The Education Service Center-Region 19 Technology and Instructional Media Services department provides a wide variety of services to the regional districts and charter schools. Our goal is to support the telecommunications and instructional initiatives of our client districts and charter schools in order to promote efficiency and economy.
