ISO 9001:2000 Quality Manual
This document is designated as the ESC–R19 Quality Manual. The manual addresses the requirements of the ISO 9001:2000 standard and outlines the design, development, and delivery of the educational products and services provided by ESC-R19. This manual provides comprehensive evidence to customers, suppliers, and employees of the controls that have been implemented to ensure product and service quality. This Quality Manual specifies the requirements by which ESC-R19:
- demonstrates its ability to consistently provide products and services that meet customer and applicable regulatory requirements, and
- aims to enhance customer satisfaction through the effective application of the QMS
including processes for continual improvement of the center and the assurance of
conformity to customer and applicable regulatory requirements.
