Together In Educational Success
There will be special sessions for administrators as well as sessions by distinguished guests.
Participants will attend a morning general session which will include a keynote address by speaker Dr. Maria “Cuca” Robledo Montecel, Ph.D., President and CEO of the Intercultural Development Research Association (IDRA) in San Antonio, TX. The morning and afternoon breakout sessions will cover a variety of topics which include, but are not limited to: parenting skills, parent involvement, family/school partnerships, math, reading, TAKS, TEKS, special education, discipline, gang awareness, science, health, nutrition and many other topics. There will be sessions in both English and Spanish.
