The Bilingual/ESL/Title III Department at Education Service Center - Region 19 offers technical assistance, professional development, guidance and support to Local Educational Agencies, including Charter and Private Non-Profit schools, in all areas impacting the linguistic, academic, and effective success of English Language learners.
