Planning, Research and Evaluation

Planning, Research and Evaluation provides services which include strategic planning, survey research and data analysis, web design and database development. Planning includes strategic planning development and implementation, ISO 9001:2000 certification preparation and process and Balanced Scorecard reporting. The program assists in the development and implementation of surveys, needs assessments, customer satisfaction, and student performance measures. Also, assistance is available to schools and departments in analyzing student achievement, determining effectiveness of learning and instructional approaches, and meeting evaluation goals as specified in grants and other program and/or agency accountability requirements.
