Our objective is to assist LEAs in meeting federal, state, and local mandates for evaluation, reevaluation, testing methodologies, procedural guidelines, and services to improve student and school district performance. Staff development is provided to assessment personnel on legal updates, compliance, best practice for student services, and assessment issues in special education. Emphasis is placed on an integrative assessment approach and appropriate evaluation practices. We offer a wide variety of staff development activities designed to increase local districts' capacity to provide appropriate full and individual evaluations for students with special needs or those suspected to have a disability. We also provide professional development, technical assistance, and a support system to school districts, as well as leadership for evaluation personnel to enable educational communities to operate efficiently.
