Application Requirements

If you would like to receive notifications of contract opportunities, please submit a Vendor Application Form. Your business will be added to our mailing list for notices for any current contract opportunities that match the commodities or services information you provide.

Contract Opportunities

If you are interested in submitting a proposal for any current contract opportunities, please submit on time in a sealed envelope with the proper documentation requested on the Special Conditions section on the proposal, including the Certificate Insurance with General Liability, Automobile Liability and Workers Compensation coverage.

Contract Award

Submittals for contract awards will be evaluated by a committee. Upon completing the evaluation process an award recommendation will be submitted for review and possible approval. If approved, awarded vendors will be notified in writing by ESC Region 19 Purchasing of their award. The award letter should be maintained by the vendor for future reference along with any extension letters received on contracts that ESC Region 19 Purchasing may desire to utilize for additional periods of performance. Each vendor award is maintained on the ESC Region 19 Purchasing web site. All ESC Region 19 Purchasing Cooperative contracts are submitted to the ESC Region 19 Board of Directors for ratification at regularly scheduled meetings.

 

Complete vendor registration form and submit to: Nancy Alvarado- Purchasing Specialist or mail to her attention at Purchasing Department, 6611 Boeing Drive, El Paso, TX 79925. You will be placed in the database under the commodity you have expressed interest in and notified by email or US Mail. All current contract opportunities are posted on the web site, so please check the web site regularly in the instance that your email and/or US Mail are not working.
