Leading the Learning Co-Op

  • ESF-Aligned Professional Development for
    School Leaders

The goal of the ESC 19 Leading the Learning Co-op is to provide district leadership teams the opportunity to participate in professional development that is aligned with the Effective Schools Framework (ESF) Levers and Essential Actions. This will help support continuous improvement at the campus and district levels.

The Effective Schools Framework consists of a set of district commitments and, for schools, essential actions. District Commitments describe what local education agencies do to ensure that schools are set up for success. The Essential Actions describe what the most effective schools do to support powerful teaching and learning. To learn more about the ESF, go to: texasesf.org.
