Teachers will learn five effective strategies that they will be able to use in their classroom that will help improve their classroom management. Come and learn how to be mindful of your own needs and be a better version of yourself. You owe it to the students that you serve, your community, colleagues, coworkers, friends, and family but most importantly you owe it to YOURSELF! Join us and learn strategies on how to prevent burnout and learn how to be able to interact more effectively with your students! This will assist you in providing a conducive learning climate for all students. After all self-care is that act of self-love!
