    The department of Leadership and Accountability provides the opportunity for school leaders to engage in professional development that includes high leverage leadership skills to improve their craft and personal development. These sessions are aligned to Chapter 149 of TAC Principal Standards and involve best practices for principals to be effective leaders. Sessions are developed to provide practicing and aspiring administrators with current and innovative training to help leaders attain success.
