Our technology-equipped meeting rooms can accommodate your business, corporate or civic event with meeting space of almost any size. Our facilities are centrally located at 6611 Boeing Dr. near Airway Blvd., within walking distance of restaurants, hotels and El Paso International Airport. Unlike most event venues, our conference meeting room rentals include a computer, internet connection, wireless microphones, video/data projector and large screen at no extra cost.

This building is owned and operated by ESC19 for hosting educational and private events. It has a five floor parking garage for visitors & ESC19 staff. The sixth floor is the Starlight Event Center.
With almost 50,000 square feet of meeting and exhibit space, the building’s unique architecture featuring panoramic views of the beautiful Franklin Mountains in El Paso, TX and both the exterior & interior areas finishes create a new niche in the event venue marketplace.
The Starlight Event Center is nestled conveniently next to the El Paso International Airport and surrounding hotels in Central El Paso. We have a five-story parking garage, a massive event venue that can be customized to your specific needs, and a cafe with catering amenities.

The ESC19 Multi-Purpose Center located next to our ESC19 Head Start administration offices, has over 40,000 square feet of spaces equipped for small or large gatherings.
Each of the rooms are named in honor of each of the school districts in our region.
Each room has HD projectors, screens and a computer for displaying inside rooms.
Here's a map of room locations. All walls between rooms can be quickly collapsed for enlarging areas. The South Conference and Clint Rooms have large stages.
