The LEAD Summit invites dynamic presenters to submit session proposals for our inaugural leadership event serving district and campus leaders across West Texas, New Mexico, and the greater Southwest region. Our theme for this year's summit is Leading with Purpose.
Grounded in the Effective District Framework (EDF), the LEAD Summit is designed to strengthen leadership systems that drive student success.

Session Strands
We are seeking sessions that provide practical strategies, actionable tools, and systems-level thinking aligned to one or more of the following strands:
• Vision, Strategy & Performance Management
(Strategic planning, improvement systems, accountability, data-driven leadership)
• Talent Systems & Leadership Development
(Recruitment, retention, coaching, leadership pipelines, evaluation systems)
• Culture, Climate & Integrated Student Supports
(MTSS, student supports, school culture, safety, family engagement)
• Academic Experience & Instructional Systems
(Curriculum leadership, instructional frameworks, assessment, intervention systems)
• Instructional Leadership & Capacity Building
(Coaching models, leadership teams, developing instructional coherence)
• Finance, Operations & Resource Alignment
(Budget alignment, technology systems, operational efficiency, compliance)
• Governance & Board Leadership
(Board-superintendent alignment, policy leadership, governance roles)
Sessions will be 45–50 minutes in length and should be strategic, applied, and relevant to district and campus leadership. We strongly encourage interactive design and practical takeaways such as tools, templates, frameworks, or implementation steps participants can use immediately.
