A polyglot with a B.A. in French and Occitan, a Master’s in Applied Linguistics, and a Doctorate in Transformative Emotional Intelligence, she brings 27 years of ESOL, Dual Language, Reading, and ELA experience from K-12 to college. A Top 4 National Teacher of the Year and Florida Teacher of the Year, she inspires educators worldwide through engaging Keyshops on reflequity® and personal growth. Offstage, she tends to her ranch and special needs rescue animals.
