After Hours Tech Support

  • Information & Instructional Technology Services proudly brings to you the After Hours Tech Support Help Desk at (915) 780-6500.  This service has been specially designed to meet your immediate technology support needs during scheduled events at the Boeing office outside of regular business hours.  We encourage you to use this service for any unexpected technology support troubleshooting needs that may arise.

     

    Any special events, large conferences, or recordings that require specialized and specific technology support and equipment requests need to be submitted to Events Management and the Technology Services Department at least 2 weeks in advance of your scheduled event.
