Effective Border Schools Conference
The Education Service Center-Region 19 is proud to host the 4th Annual Effective Border Schools Conference in collaboration with Region One Education Service Center. This conference showcases effective practices in Bilingual and English as a Second Language programs as well as best practices for school leaders to help Change the Narrative for English Learners in our schools and districts. There will be national, state and local presenters who are experts in the field of bilingual and bicultural education.
