U.S. Dept. of Education Visits El Paso

ESC19 was honored to have Montserrat Garibay, from the U.S. Department of Education, as the keynote speaker at the annual West Texas Reading Symposium, Feb. 10 & 11, which this year featured a special focus on dual language. Garibay shared an emotional presentation at the conference and she also visited regional dual language schools in the region.
