Center Clerk, Head Start 2019-2020 Pool

Summary

This position requires effective interactions with the ESC, school district, Head Start personnel in order to positively impact overall operation of the Head Start center.  The center clerk is responsible for all receptionist activities at the Head Start center, plays a strong role in the coordination of center activities, and assists with the clerical needs of all center staff.

 

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED; one (1) year clerical work experience; certificate of completion from technical school in office technology or administrative assistant training program (preferred); skill in use of keyboard 45 wpm; word processing skills MS Office Platforms; bilingual English/ Spanish; Head Start parent (preferred); or any equivalent combination of acceptable training and experience as determined by the Executive Director.
