Facilities Maintenance Worker, Head Start 2024-2025 Pool
Summary
The Facilities Maintenance Worker is responsible for the general maintenance and repair of building structures and their mechanical, electrical, and sanitary systems across the Head Start Centers. This role also assists with grounds maintenance.
Qualifications
This position requires a valid Texas driver’s license; ability to follow verbal and written instructions; knowledge of basic construction, routine maintenance, and repair procedures; effective verbal communication skills; ability to operate power and hand tools; ability to work independently; one (1) year of experience in general building maintenance, or any equivalent combination of acceptable training and experience as determined by the Executive Director. .
